Web Case Tracking

Within this portal you will be seeing the case information and details from the same system used by the Support Engineering team. This allows you to:

  • Log a case - directly entered into our tracking system and notifies support to your needs
  • RMA management - you can submit a new RMA and also track the status and shipping of an open item
  • Add case comments - if there is information or questions you have about an open case you can add comments directly to your case
  • View previous closed cases.
